How much does in-home care cost?

Rates range from $30 to $40 per hour. We accept private pay and long-term care (LTC) insurance.

How quickly can care begin?

Often within one week. Sometimes the same day or the next day depending on your situation and our availability.

Question 3

Are your caregivers background-checked?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every caregiver completes an application, background check, interview, and orientation before serving any client.

Question 4

What certifications do your caregivers hold?

Our team includes CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), HHAs (Home Health Aides), PCAs (Personal Care Aides), and CPR-certified caregivers.

Do you offer 24-hour care?

We offer care up to 24/7 with a 4-hour minimum per shift. We do not offer live-in care.

What counties do you serve?

We serve Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Rowan, Davidson, Gaston, Stanley, Anson, Lincoln, Iredell, and Catawba counties — across the greater Charlotte and Piedmont regions.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept private pay and long-term care (LTC) insurance. We do not currently accept Medicaid or Medicare.

What does the first week of care look like?

The first week is the get-to-know-you phase. We learn exactly how you want things done — how your clothes are folded, how your home is cleaned, how you want to be addressed. Everything is on your terms.
